Questions
What counts as an export?
One downloaded file. A nested DXF covers every sheet of one material, so a whole kitchen in one material is one export. Designing, the 3D view, the cut list and the nesting preview are never counted.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new account gets 14 days of Shop without a card. The clock starts the first time you create a project or export, not when you sign up.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop to Free unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted — your projects, settings and designs all stay, and you can keep designing.
If I cancel, do I lose my projects?
No. You keep Shop until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then drop to Free. Projects are kept for twelve months after your last activity, and you can download any project whenever you like.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from Account → Manage billing. Yearly works out to 2 months free.
Is it per person?
Yes. An account is for one person; if several people in your shop design, each needs their own.
What currency, and is tax extra?
Prices are in US dollars, with tax added where it applies. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change.
How does this compare to Mozaik or Cabinet Vision?
Cabinet Run is for small frameless shops cutting on a CNC router: design, parts, nesting and DXF in the browser, for a monthly fee instead of a large licence. The desktop suites do more, including face-frame and quoting. See the full comparison.
When is G-code coming?
G-code for Mach4 and Avid is in progress, and it’s included in Shop when it ships. Until then, the DXF drives VCarve, Aspire and any CAM that imports DXF. See the roadmap.
